Retail Point-of-Sale

Achieve sales in store with the Ngage Point-of Sale Windows Desktop that operates with a wide range of hardware solutions. The Point-of-Sale also operates offline, and will synchronise all transactions once an internet connection becomes available. Produce gift cards with many templates available.

Market Places

Ngage Retail manages inventory across all sales on one platform. Our retail system accesses new markets through automatic and seamless upload onto online channels such as eBay Amazon and Facebook. Staff and customers have access to real-time and accurate stock levels, whilst sales data is posted directly to your accounting package. 

E-Commerce

Ngage Retail allows you to produce and manage multiple high-quality e-commerce sites. Users can utilise a variety of discount codes and drive sales using the Marketing module to send email or SMS. Website and product images can be edited within the software using our powerful "Image Editor".

Pick

Using the Ngage Warehouse App warehouse staff can scan and manage incoming stock. When a new order is raised the App will list the SKU's on the order marking each pick, ready for packing. Scanning technology simplifies the process of managing incoming stock and dispatching orders in a timely manner.

Pack

Once orders have been picked via the Ngage Warehouse App orders on the Ngage Desktop POS are displayed ready for dispatching. During the dispatch process multiple orders can be processed and delivery tracking can be automatically or manually added depending on your integrations. Once the dispatch process is complete, dispatch notes and delivery labels can be printed.

Logistics Provider

Automating the delivery process provides real cost savings. Existing integrations with Royal Mail (UK), UK-Mail, Australia Post, Star Track and Toll Express facilitate automated cost calculation, shipping requests and order tracking. If your current logistics provider has an API then Ngage Retail can provide your business with real benefits.
