Ngage Partners receive discounted annual/monthly licence fees. We also provide the opportunity for partners to receive a rebate to invest in future licences based on the number of licences held with Ngage Software.

Support

Ngage Software provides support for users as part of the annual/monthly licence fee.

Ngage CMS is fully supported via email, chat functionality and phone. Our SLA states we respond to support emails within a 24-hour period although this is typically within 2 hours where possible.

Help Desk (Email Ticketing System)
Ngage Software has its own integrated email ticketing system. Multiple email handling accounts can be set up and CMS user permissions can be set against each account.

Small/Large Business (Hosted Solution)

For small businesses we offer a hosted solution. Websites are designed and built by one of our in-house developers and hosted in our cloud environment.

Design can either be supplied by you as PSD files (no charge) or you can utilise our design team.

The design fee is dependent on the number of page templates that are required.

The build consists of our development team building your website from the designed PSD files.

The build cost is dependent on the number of page templates and functionality (modules).

CMS Licence

The Ngage CMS is a licenced product, and requires an annual fee which includes hosting and support.

Any additional websites or additional server space will require further licensing.

Hosting

Ngage provides hosting as part of the annual or monthly licence fee. Our servers are based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles. We provide 99.9% up-time.

Should the data requirements for your web solution exceed 100MB then additional charges will be incurred.

Support

Ngage Software provides support for users as part of the annual/monthly licence fee.

Support includes tickets submitted via our support area (24 hours), chat and phone. Our SLA states we respond to support tickets within a 24-hour period although this is typically within 2 hours where possible.
